- Partner information — business name, address, GST number, bank details for payouts, and service listings
- Communication records — messages between users and partners via the platform

- To provide, manage, and improve Vivtaa's services across all divisions
- To connect users with the right partners and services nearby
- To process bookings, payments, and refunds
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates
- To generate GST-compliant invoices for every transaction
- To personalise your experience and show relevant recommendations
- To comply with applicable laws in India and all markets we operate in
3. How We Protect Your Data
We take data protection seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) in India. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Ever.
- Data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers
- Payment data is handled by certified payment gateways — we do not store card details
- Your consent is obtained before collecting sensitive personal information
- You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time
4. Sharing Your Information
We only share your information in limited circumstances:
- With the partner whose service you have booked — so they can fulfil your appointment
- With payment processors to complete your transaction securely
- With government or regulatory bodies if required by law
- We do not share or sell your data to advertisers or marketing companies

1. About Vivtaa
Vivtaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates the Vivtaa platform — a multi-division marketplace connecting users with service providers across Fitness, Sports, Healthcare, Education, Shop · B2B, HRM, and BIA Life Score. We are registered in India (CIN: U58200KA2024PTC190964) and operate in India, UAE, USA, UK, EU, and Singapore.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Vivtaa or have verified parental consent
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior written permission
- Vivtaa reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. Partner Responsibilities
As a Vivtaa partner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your services and pricing
- Honour all confirmed bookings made through the platform
- Maintain appropriate licences, certifications, and legal compliance for your business
- Not use Vivtaa to conduct any fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities
- Respond to user enquiries and complaints within a reasonable timeframe
- Comply with all applicable GST and tax obligations in your jurisdiction
4. Payments & Transactions
- All payments are processed through certified, secure payment gateways
- Partner payouts are settled after deducting the applicable platform commission
- GST is charged on applicable transactions as required by Indian tax law
- Standard payout cycle is T+7 from transaction date unless otherwise stated
- Vivtaa is not responsible for any technical failures by third-party payment providers
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vivtaa platform — including the brand name, logo, design, and platform features — is the intellectual property of Vivtaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Partners retain ownership of their own business content submitted to the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vivtaa is a marketplace platform. We connect users with independent service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by partners. Any disputes between users and partners must be resolved between them, with Vivtaa's support team available to assist.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Partners who receive repeated complaints or engage in fraudulent activity will be removed from the platform without refund of any fees paid.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We want every booking on Vivtaa to be a great experience. If something goes wrong, we're here to help make it right.
1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- The partner cancelled your confirmed booking without rescheduling
- The service was not delivered as described on the partner's listing
- You cancelled within the partner's stated cancellation window
- A technical error caused a duplicate payment on your account
- You were charged incorrectly due to a platform error
2. Cancellation by Users
Each partner sets their own cancellation policy, displayed on their listing before you book. Common policies include:
- Free cancellation — Full refund if cancelled before a set time (e.g. 24 hours before the appointment)
- Partial refund — A percentage refunded if cancelled within the cancellation window
- No refund — For last-minute cancellations or no-shows (as stated on the listing)
Always review the partner's cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
3. Cancellation by Partners
If a partner cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5–7 business days. Repeated partner cancellations may result in partner account suspension.
4. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used
- Wallet credits (if applicable) are reflected within 24 hours
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your bank
5. How to Request a Refund
- Open the Vivtaa app and go to your booking history
- Select the booking and tap "Request Refund"
- Describe the issue and submit — our team reviews within 24 hours
- Alternatively, email us at refunds@vivtaa.com with your booking ID
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services that have been fully delivered as described
- Cancellations made after the partner's stated deadline
- No-shows without prior notice to the partner
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference when service was delivered correctly

- Essential cookies — Required for the platform to function. Keep you logged in and allow bookings to process. Cannot be disabled.

3. What We Do NOT Use Cookies For
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels

4. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use Vivtaa's core booking and payment features. Essential cookies cannot be turned off as they are required for the platform to function.

How to File a Grievance

- Include your registered phone number or email, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours
- The Grievance Officer will investigate and respond with a resolution within 30 days
- If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority
Nodal Officer — International Users
Users from UAE, USA, UK, EU, and Singapore may contact us at the same grievance email. We comply with applicable data protection laws in all markets we operate in, including GDPR (EU/UK), PDPA (Singapore), and PDPL (UAE).
We take security seriously. If you've found a vulnerability in Vivtaa's platform, app, or infrastructure — please report it responsibly. We appreciate and acknowledge every valid report.

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines
- Do not access, modify, or delete user data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability
- Do not perform actions that could harm Vivtaa users or disrupt platform availability
- Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have resolved it (we ask for a 90-day window)
- Act in good faith — we will do the same in return
Bug Bounty
We currently operate an informal acknowledgement programme. Valid, critical findings are recognised publicly (with your consent) on our security acknowledgements page. A formal paid bug bounty programme is planned for launch in H2 2026.
